Our most approachable cuvée, aged exclusively in concrete — no oak. A pure expression of the terroir: black fruit, coffee and tapenade, with a fresh, saline finish. Atypical, exciting, and perfect for everyday enjoyment. Rated 91 by Neal Martin, Thomas Rydberg and James Suckling.
🥂 Le Blanc — x1
A Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris blend. Floral and citrus on the nose, with a generous yet zesty palate. Fermented at low temperatures and aged on lees for extra complexity. The white that surprised everyone.

Made from Cabernet Franc with a touch of Petit Verdot. Pale pink, floral, subtly fruity — with a juicy, well-balanced palate and lively freshness. The kind of bottle you open on a warm Singapore evening without needing an occasion.
