Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of wine and alcoholic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been delivered.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we will of course take care of it.
You may contact us if:

A bottle is faulty or corked

Items were damaged during delivery

There is an error in the delivered order
In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery, providing clear photos where applicable. We will assess the situation and offer, where appropriate, a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs, where applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
