Crafted from carefully selected parcels in the northern part of our estate, La La Lande 2021 is our most approachable expression of Lalande-de-Pomerol. Made under the guidance of Thierry Garnaud, former Cellar Master of Château Cheval Blanc for four decades, this vintage embraces the elegance and freshness of 2021, favouring finesse and purity over power.

Matured for 12 months in concrete vats and 500-litre French oak barrels, the wine reveals vibrant aromas of fresh cherries, red berries and delicate floral notes. The palate is silky and beautifully balanced, with fine tannins, lively acidity and a refined, almost Burgundian character that makes it wonderfully enjoyable from its youth.

Produced from our clay-limestone plateau rich in iron deposits, the continuation of the prestigious Pomerol plateau, La La Lande offers remarkable precision, freshness and exceptional value. Delicious today alongside roast poultry, grilled meats or simple seasonal cooking, it will continue to evolve gracefully over the next 5 to 7 years.
