Our most approachable red, aged exclusively in concrete, no oak. Black fruit, coffee and tapenade, with a fresh saline finish. Light enough to chill slightly on a warm Singapore evening. Rated 91 by Yves Beck and 92 by Neal Martin.
🥂 Le Blanc — x2
A Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris blend. Floral and citrus on the nose, with a generous yet zesty palate. Fermented at low temperatures and aged on lees for extra complexity. The white that surprised everyone.
